a really good place to get your Japanese/Korean fix with reasonable price. I've tried their udon, lunchboxes and 3 flavours of donburi - not once did I regret. The food taste delicious and freshly cooked.
The area might sometimes feel dodgy for those notnused to the city (a pity) but lunch hours should be fine.

I’ve gone here a few times to buy lunch. Their food is so delicious. Their service is amazing, they are friendly and just so welcoming 🥰. The prices are affordable and cheap. These 2 bowls were $13 each. I use to spend $15-20 on lunch bc near by places are so expensive. Finally I got this and I’ve been buying from them ever since. This 2 bowls are the Korean chicken don and the karaage chicken bowl don 😍😍😍 so delicious. Also waiting time isn’t long it only took them 5-8 minutes to prepare my bowl. Thank you Hanami sushi for the fresh and delicious meal 🥰🥰

Best and suprisingly cheapest sushi in Auckland. Fresh every day, simply delicious. We stayed in Auckland over 12 days and walked from our hotel nearly every day to have sushi for breakfast. Very polite and helpful staff. Strongly recommended place.

Affordable Japanese food with great service. Place is cosy, owner is polite and courteous. Food is great too. Had the katsu curry don, chicken is crispy and tender. Bought ala carte sushi, fresh and delicious.
